Filibert Bolger was a hobbit of the Shire.
Biography[]
Filibert was a distant cousin of Frodo Baggins, and nephew of Bilbo Baggins, through marriage to Poppy Chubb-Baggins (married TA 2944 (SR 1344). He was a guest at Bilbo's Farewell Party. He died in FO 22 (SR 1443) at the age of one-hundred and one.[1]

In The Lord of the Rings Online, Filibert Bolger lives in Needlehole. He asks the player to find his cow who had become lost in the Rushock Bog.
