Aluin was an Ainu in earlier versions of the legendarium.
History[]
Aluin was the eldest of the Ainur, representing time itself. He had three sons: Fanuin, Ranuin, and Danuin. Fanuin represented years, Ranuin represented months, and Danuin represented days.[1]
