Duke Law School is committed to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion for our students, faculty, staff, alumni and global legal network.  Duke University promotes an institutional commitment to diversity and inclusion, which was further elaborated on by President Vincent Price’s statement on June 17, 2020 to commemorate Juneteenth and mark the University's commitment to anti-racism. The CPDC team shares these commitments and affirms our support for equity, inclusion and anti-racism in the law school and legal profession. Our students value employers using these practices to identify top talent and build a diverse legal community. 

The recruiting experience of all Duke Law students should celebrate diversity and embrace inclusion. Employers recruiting on our campus are encouraged to use inclusive recruiting practices when meeting with our students.
