활동

피츠버그 대학교를 졸업하고 미식축구팀인 샌디에이고 차저스에 입단하여 공격포지션인 오펜시브 라인맨으로 활동하였고 프로레슬링에서는 1997년 프로레슬링 입문하여 도리 펑크 주니어와 킬러 코왈스키의 제자로 들어가 수련을 하였고 1999년 WWF/WWE에 입단했다. 처음에는 WWF/WWE 링네임이 프린스 알버트(Prince Albert) / 알버트(Albert)라는 있는데 1999년 ~ 2002년까지 활동을 하다가 2002년 ~ 2004년까지 WWE 링네임이 에이-트레인(A-Train)이라는 활동을 했다. 2002년 ~ 2004년까지 WWE 스맥다운에 드래프트되어 활약했지만 메인이벤트까지는 성장하지 못하고 2004년 WWE에서 방출당한다. 이후 2005년 일본으로 건너가 링네임을 자이언트 버나드(Giant Bernard)로 바꾸고 일본 프로레슬링의 3대 메이저 단체중 하나인 전일본 프로레슬링에 참전 외국인 선수 신분으로 활동하다가 전일본의 라이벌 단체인 일본 1위 프로레슬링 단체 신일본 프로레슬링에 정식 입단하여 2012년 3월까지 활약하였고 신일본 퇴단후 동년 2012년 4월 2일 WWE 링네임이 로드 텐사이(Lord Tensai)라는 새로운 기믹과 링네임으로 WWE에 복귀하였다. 그러다가 어느 순간 WWE 링네임이 텐사이(Tensai)라는 가지고 있으나 기대와 달리 호응을 얻지 못했고 2014년 8월 은퇴하고 관계자 쪽으로 전향하면서 동시에 링네임을 제이슨 알버트(Jason Albert)로 변경하며 활동하고 있다가 지금은 현재 이름이 맷 블룸(Matt Bloom)라는 사용을 하면서 살아가고 있다.
