Portable Throne (黒芒楼襲来, Kokubōrō Shūrai) is the 88th chapter of the Kekkaishi Manga written and illustrated by Yellow Tanabe.
Summary[]
At Karasumori, Tokine tries to tell Yoshimori that her grandmother has left, but Yoshimori is preoccupied with finding Gen Shishio and talking to him. Gen's egg is getting close to hatching. When Yoshimori finds him, Gen runs away. Unable to locate Gen, Yoshimori decides to yell encouragement to him.
Masamori Sumimura calls Gen to check on him. Masamori says he'll be late and asks Gen to protect Karasumori for him. Gen admits that Kaguro knew about him being an Ayakashi Majiri and suspects the information was leaked.
On the way to Karasumori, Byaku reminds Shion that she has a separate assignment. Shion assures him that her Spider Goons will do the job even if she isn't with them. The Spider Goons drop onto the Sumimura Home and Yukimura Home. Meanwhile, a massive black cloud appears over Karasumori.
