Attending the Virtual Annual Meeting
Shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 18, 2024, the record date, or “street name” holders that hold a legal proxy, broker’s proxy card or voting information form provided by their bank, broker or nominee, can attend the meeting by accessing www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/HD2024 and entering the 16-digit control number included in their proxy materials. The control number can be found on the shareholder’s proxy card, Notice of Internet Availability, or voter instruction form provided by the shareholder’s bank or broker. If you are unable to locate your control number, please contact our Investor Relations department at 770-384-2871 or [email protected] in advance of the meeting date.
Asking Questions
Shareholders may submit questions in two ways. If they wish to submit a question before the meeting, they may submit a question by logging into www.proxyvote.com with their 16-digit control number or the QR Barcode included on their proxy card or Notice of Internet Availability until the day before the meeting. Alternatively, shareholders will be able to submit questions live during the meeting by accessing the meeting at http://www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/HD2024 using their 16-digit control number.
Shareholder questions or comments are welcome, but we will only answer questions pertinent to meeting matters, subject to time constraints. Questions regarding personal matters, including those related to employment, product or service issues, or suggestions for product innovations, are not pertinent to meeting matters and therefore will not be answered at the meeting. Questions or comments that are substantially similar may be grouped and answered together to avoid repetition. In addition, we will not address comments or questions that are derogatory to individuals or otherwise in bad taste, related to personal grievances, or matters of individual concern that are not of interest to shareholders generally.

Voting Shares at the Virtual Meeting
Shareholders who have not voted their shares prior to the meeting or who wish to change their vote will be able to vote their shares electronically at the meeting if they have logged into the meeting website using their 16-digit control number.
Whether or not shareholders plan to attend the meeting, they are encouraged to vote their shares prior to the meeting by one of the methods described in the proxy materials.
Shareholders who have already voted prior to the meeting do not need to vote again at the meeting.
Attending the Virtual Meeting as a Guest
If you do not have a 16-digit control number, you may still attend the meeting as a guest in listen-only mode. To attend as a guest, please access www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/HD2024 and enter the information requested on the screen to register as a guest. Please note that you will not have the ability to ask questions or vote during the meeting if you participate as a guest.
When can I access the virtual annual meeting and who should I contact if I have technical issues?
You may log into the meeting beginning at 8:45 a.m., Eastern Time on May 16, 2024 and the meeting will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m., Eastern Time. We recommend that you log in before the meeting starts to allow time to check your internet connection, confirm your browser is up-to-date, and ensure you can hear the streaming audio. If you experience any technical difficulties accessing the meeting or during the meeting, please call the toll-free technical support number that will be available on www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/HD2024 for assistance.
If there are any technical issues in convening or hosting the meeting, we will promptly post information on this site, including information on when the meeting will be reconvened.
