This repository contains several documents that will help users unfamiliar with linux systems and fairly experienced users to access the statistic cluster and the LiDO3 cluster.

Every reader is welcome to update and correct information in this repository.

• batchtools - R package that provides convinience functions to manage thousands of parallel experiments not only on LiDO3 and the statistic cluster. Used by many faculty members. Developed by Michel Lang.
• LiDO3 Homepage - News and general information.
• Official LiDO3 Handbook - Explains the creation of an account and the connection as well as more technical terms. Not a must-read if you are only interested in simple R usage of the cluster but recommended if you deal with complex parallelization or many file system operations.
• Outdated Cluster Documentation - This repository aims to replace this outdated documentation.
