👋 Hello! I'm Nithin P, an enthusiastic B.Tech student in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). My Research interests include ultra-low-power data converters, in-memory computing, Edge AI, and low-power PMICs.

🔬 Academic Pursuits

  • Currently pursuing B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
  • Actively learning Analog/RF/Mixed signal Design using Cadence Virtuoso and Open-source resources like NGspice, Google Skywater130 PDK, Global Foundries GF180MCU PDK and IHP130 PDK.
  • I have worked on ADCs, DACs, Ring Amplifiers, Comparators, OTAs, LDOs and Bandgap References.
  • I worked on IHP SG13G2(130nm), SKY130(130nm), GF180MCU(180nm), TSMC65(65nm), GPDK90(95nm), GPDK180(180nm), SCL180(180nm) Process nodes.
  • I'm fascinated about Finance sector especially with Data Analysis with the implication of ML.
