WIGSTOCK - TOMPKINS SQUARE PARK 1992 -

In 1992, the Wigstock Party was taking place at Tompkins Square Park, the heart of the East Village. It seemed as the craziest new yorkers had all decided to meet here on this sunny spring afternoon.

Wigstock was definitly one of the greatest downtown street party. At the end of the afternoon, Deee-Lite was up on the park's small stage mixing for the excentric crowd.
