Actually, ive called the CDC and the FDA reguarding african rats, and according to thier records, the ban was modified in september, allowing the owning and breeding of african rats, but not the importation of african rats. 71.104.12.182 (talk) 16:30, 21 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
