Not exactly NPOV...
[edit]This article is strongly critical of the building. It may well be that they are condemned and execrated in some circles, but in the years I spent in the '80s living in sight of them I don't recall hearing any profound complaints - even from people with sensibilities so delicate they were unable to order from restaurant menus printed in Helvetica.
