Jalamah (food)

Jalamah (Arabic: جلمة) is the traditional dish of Asir, native to Bareg and Qunfudhah. Jalamah is made from lamb and a mixture of Arabic spices. The meat used is usually a young and small-sized lamb to enhance the taste further.
