Bazinghen (French pronunciation: [bazɛ̃ɡɑ̃]; Picard: Bazinghin) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region in northern France.[3]
Geography
[edit]A small farming commune, some 8 miles (13 km) northeast of Boulogne, at the junction of the D191 and the D191e roads.
History
[edit]The community's existence was first attested to in 877 AD, and was referred to as Basingahem.[4]
