The 2024 Atlanta United FC season is the eighth season of Atlanta United FC's existence, and the sixteenth year that a professional soccer club from Atlanta, Georgia will compete in the top division of American soccer. Atlanta United will play their home games at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Outside of MLS, they will compete in the 2024 U.S. Open Cup and the 2024 Leagues Cup.

On June 3, Atlanta United parted ways with head coach Gonzalo Pineda, after starting the season winning just 4 of their first 16 league matches, with the club standing in 13th place in the Eastern Conference. It was also announced that Rob Valentino would immediately step in as the interim head coach until a new one is hired.[1]
