IP vandalism

Hi Borhan, I recently noticed some vandalism on the paracetamol page. I believe I have fixed it, however when I went to look at the talk page of the IP vandalising (92.207.184.242), I found you had already warned them and they had just had a previous editing block expire. I’m a fairly novice Wikipedia editor, and unlikely to be able to stick around as this progresses. As such, if you would be willing to take up the mantle of deciding if this is worthy of another request for an editing block, and if so submitting such a block request, or otherwise keeping an eye on that IP, it would be greatly appreciated.
