Seabrook is a fictional town where the humans live. Currently, zombies, werewolves, vampires, merfolk, aliens and witches are allowed to peacefully be with them here. Previously, the zombie, werewolf and alien species were not allowed to go anywhere near Seabrook residents because the humans feared them. Also, they attend Seabrook High to be educated like humans (although zombies, werewolves, aliens and a witch are the only known students to attend Seabrook High alongside humans). Zombietown is right next to this town and, according to Coach, the Forbidden Forest isn't too far from Seabrook. The mayor of the town is Addison's mother, Missy Wells.
The town is known for having an "anti-differences" law; the people in town hate anything that's different. As a result, everything in the town is absolutely "perfect" -- all of the houses have basically the same architecture and design, and any colors found there (ie. in clothing, toiletries, wallpaper, etc.) are limited to pastel pink and blue, and sometimes green. All of the cars also use the same model. Hair color also has to be normal, and any unusual hair colors are not accepted.
