The host key of virtual box on Mac provides host os operation to you when you use guest os. Example of which is that you can go back to host os when you use guest os.
In initial settings, the host key is [left-command-key]. [left-command-key] is the one of most frequent use key when you operate mac os, therefore when you operate guest os, misuse of the key is increased. To prevent this, I will explain how to change the host key, in addition you can use [left-command-key] as [windows-key] using windows os as guest os.

1. Click [VirtualBox]->[Preference] in menu box
2. Click [Input]
3. Change Virtual Machine host key. Activate [Host Key Combination] and then put [right-command-key]
