Just a little update!
It has become too time-consuming to juggle two blogs at this time - so, I am concentrating on my other blog for the time being:
SHARON SHARING GOD
I would love to have you come over and visit me there!
Perhaps someday I will come back to this blog - we'll see.
But, I encourage each and every one of you to keep reading the Bible, God's Word, as it will nourish you like nothing else in life!
GOD BLESS!
"But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." (2 Timothy 3:14-16, NLT)
"When in doubt, search God out!"
1 TIMOTHY 3:16-17
"All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us...God uses it to prepare and equip His people to do every good work."

"So I have been greatly encouraged in the midst of my troubles and suffering, dear brothers and sisters, because you have remained strong in your faith. It gives me new life to know that you are standing firm in the Lord. How I thank God for you!"
(1 Thessalonians 3:7-9)
Thanks for your comments - it is such a joy to be sharing my journey with friends like YOU!

Bless you Sharon but you did not really move your blog, you moved and no longer can attend to doing both blogs... that is totally understandable. You still should consider a monthly Bible pick'ems.
ReplyDeleteHowever, you have not been here since July (I think) but over at my recent Faikth Filled Fri. Promises post you left a beautiful Bible Pick'ems for your selected verse:Psalm 55:22
(I am reprinting it over here):0)
"... there were some really great promises there! I had a hard time choosing. I finally settled on Psalm 55:22.
Here's how I break it down:
Cast - throw, fling, pitch, toss, hurl, shed - intentionally get rid of
your cares - all my worries, anxieties, burdens, aches and pains, sufferings, concerns - all my earthly *stuff*
on the LORD - my Rock and my Salvation
and he - ONLY He, the Great I AM
will sustain you - by intention of His will, He will strengthen and support me physically, mentally, and emotionally
he will never - never, no not ever
let the righteous - those who belong to and follow Jesus
be shaken - though I might stumble, I will never fall. I am upheld by the Hands of God!
Sigh.
Yes, I must let this Truth wash over me today.
GOD BLESS!"
Definitely is a blessing from God every time you share a nugget from His Word or your own... Sharon Sharing God is such a blessing! But I truly will miss Bible Pick'ems (sigh) ... Experiencing God with you through His Word and how you have such a wonderful way of applying His Word to daily living.
Thank you for every post here on Bible Pick'ems!
I (like I assume most others) just
go to wherever you choose to write.
This blog just has a special "Bible" savvy. Wonderful closing verse or beginning one to stay in study of His Word! (I wanted to say "admonition" but I was not sure if that's the right word)!
Checking out Sharon Sharing God!!!
I've waited far too long to comment on many but your most recent one was just beckoning me to respond!
Love ya' peggy
Wish you well :)
ReplyDeletewww.HolyBibleSearch.net & www.BibleGateway.com let you search & read Bibles online.
This is my first stop in but I do wish to return. What is more powerful than the Word of God! Sigh!! :) Thank you for your thoughts and the word. This is a beautiful blog! Mega blessings and joy to you. May the Lord Most High redeem your time and energy for His purpose which could very well be putting you attention to the other blog. Blessings....
(Hebreus 6:10).
