Put it into drive!

You are sitting there watching biggest loser and wondering why not me. Well why not you. All you have to do is decide to commit to succeed. Put your car in drive and go! I'll be there with you every step of the way. Just take that first step and make that decision. Have an aweseom thursday. We're expecting snow tonight. This has been a bad winter thus far. I sure hope it gets better.

TGIF

Hey it's friday you know what that means. Go eat everything you can? No stick with it you are doing great. I know I was a little slack with this blog but if you get any type of encouragement from this please comment and pass on the blog to others. I am going to help 5 people this year turn their health around. I am also going to help 5 people this year learn to pay it forward so they help somebody. In the process I'm gonna teach them how they can earn a little money. It's not about the money it's about helping others realize they can do it. P90X Plus

Did P90X Plus Total Body burnt 500 calories in 43 mins. Had a shakeology shake for my first meal and will have a protein shake for my second meal. Will have almonds and walnuts for my mid morning snack and shakeology for my lunch. Will lose at least 3 to 4 lbs this week garunteed. If I can do it you can do it. Don't give up. Don't let set backs discourage you.

Never give up never surrender

This is our year team. Lets beat the lbs off of us and live healthy. I was written a couple of days ago by a woman named Michella who said her husband lost 50lbs now that is awesome. Hats off to Michella and her husband. My goal is to run a half marathon. What are your goals. Keep the goal written down where you can see it. You can do this and you can do this for you.

Stay Focused

I hear people every year talk about their New Years resolutions. They do real well for about three weeks and then lose focus. Set a goal to work toward and you will keep you focus. Commit to running a 5k and you will have to work out and eat right. Commit to playing in a sporting event.

Worked out with Tony Horton founder of P90X

I've been talking to a lot of people lately about fitness and eating right in general. Most people don't want to be un-healthy. They are just terrified about putting in a whole lot of time at a gym and not getting results or they are intimidated by most work out programs. In talking with most people I mentioned a program by Beachbody that is perfect for beginners. It's called 10 minute trainer. You do 10 excercises in 10 minutes and will definately burn calories. Plus it's a nice way to break into working out if you have never worked out before. It's not exspensive and in fact they are running a special on it right now at beachbodycoach.com/timmill. I want to say its about $60.00 and comes with bands, the dvd's, a work out schedule and oh yes the best part it comes with me for encouragement. We can do this we just need to take the first step and decide to commit to succeed. You can do it and you need to do it for you. You are worth it you count and you are special.
