Pam Yee is a leader in our Performance Improvement practice, leading our Corporate Support solution and CFO practice in the Americas. While she works across industries, she is also a core member of our Financial Services and Retail practices, and helps to lead our Higher Education practice.
Pam has over 20 years of industry and consulting experience. She has worked in our San Francisco, Hong Kong, Atlanta and Washington DC offices.
Pam works with clients leading major cost and strategic transformations, not only developing strategy, but also aligning and optimizing organizations and back-office operations to the strategic vision and driving change management. Her specific areas of expertise include support function optimization and automation, particularly in finance and legal, rapid cost reduction, organization and operating model transformation and Results Delivery®.
In North America, Pam is the Chair of our Women@Bain affinity group. She is also active in our Social Impact practice, focusing on education, racial equity and social justice.
Beyond her role with us, Pam sits on the Board of KIPP DC, the largest public charter management organization in DC, and Ithaka, a non-profit focused on preserving and providing access to academic journals and scholarship. She also previously worked in corporate strategy at Capital One and as the head of marketing and business development for an early-stage entrepreneurial venture.
Pam earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
