New jQuery plugin: ‘imgPreview’ – James Padolsey
The ‘imgPreview’ plugin allows your users to preview an image before clicking on it and, out of necessity, will preload the image so when a user does click through to it there is no waiting time! The image preview shows up in a tooltip-like box appearing alongside the user’s cursor when hovering over a link. The plugin is entirely unobtrusive; it does not require any hooks to target specific links
Nihilogic : Javascript EXIF Reader
This is a test of the Javascript EXIF library posted here. Click the images to see it in action. The first image tests reading single tags, while the other two simply show all available data. The binary file access happens in binaryajax.js and the EXIF data reading happens in exif.js. Also check out the jQuery plugin, if you're into that sort of thing!
