PUBLIC HEALTH EDUCATION, B.S.

Study the core areas of public health: social and behavioral sciences, epidemiology, public health statistics, environmental health, and health policy/administration. A fully-online option is available.

Students who earn this degree can positively influence the health of individuals and communities with skills to plan and implement strategies to prevent health problems and maintain healthy lifestyles.

One of only three biochemistry B.S. programs in North Carolina, this program offers students the opportunity to participate in stimulating undergraduate field and laboratory research with award-winning faculty.

Designed to prepare students for graduate training in the biochemical sciences, medicine, and other health professions, or for employment in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.

The RN-to-BSN program offers working registered nurses (RNs) the opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), with an Online-Only degree option.

The M.L.I.S. emphasizes the rapidly changing library and information field. Ranked “Best Online Master’s” by College Choice and “Best Online Master’s in Library Science” by Affordable Colleges Online.

Graduates are are ready for leadership in information organizations. In addition, the School Library program trains certified teachers or librarians without licensure to be certified for work in North Carolina public schools.
