Miss Swan is a character in the comic strips of Uncle Remus.

Br'er Rabbit was sitting next to Miss Swan and her children and told her that she was the prettiest person in the whole river of Critter Country, and had made her happy that no one had ever said that to her, which made Br'er Rabbit agree to what she said. Br'er Fox was sneaking in the bushes listening to them while Miss Swan was singing a song while Br'er Rabbit was laying down enjoying her singing. Br'er Fox tried to grab Br'er Rabbit quietly until Miss Swan caught Br'er Fox and began to peck her beak at his head, while Br'er Fox jumped into the pond and cried out for mercy.
