Billie Russo[1] is the main protagonist of the Disney Channel Original Series Wizards Beyond Waverly Place. She is Winter's best friend and is a powerful young wizard-in-training, who gets sent to live in the mortal world to live with the only wizard teacher that can teach her how to control her powers; who is none other than Justin Russo, the former Headmaster at WizTech, and also Alex Russo's older brother. She is later revealed to be the biological daughter of Alex Russo and Damian Pennwolf.[2]
Background
Billie was born in the 2010s in the Wizard World to Alex Russo and Damian Pennwolf. Around the age of 11, Billie got her full powers and was sent to WizTech when her parents realised Billie's grandfather, Nicrodemus Pennwolf, was evil and after her power. To ensure her safety, Alex and Justin erased their memories of Billie and vice-versa.

Billie is a powerful wizard-in training, who is mainly known for being sarcastic, stubborn, rebellious, and a troublemaker like her mother Alex.

Billie is a young girl with brown hair in box braids, brown eyes, and medium toned skin.
