    No, the this form specifically does not log IP addresses or collect any information other than what you choose send. However, I do recieve visitor logs. So if you've made it here, you've already been exposed.


  2. How likely is a response?

    If a way to contact isn't provided, not likely. But if you email me directly, you are pretty much guaranteed to recieve a response.
