Rose M. McNemar, 59 of Frazeysburg, died, Monday, November 4, 2024, at Cleveland Metro Health Hospital in Cleveland, following a sudden illness. She was born Thursday, May 27, 1965, in Zanesville, the daughter of William "Bill" C. McNemar, Sr. and Wanda (Scott) McNemar.

Rose was an avid card player and enjoyed spending time with her mother and family.

Rose is survived by her mother: Wanda McNemar; one son: Richard McCandless, Jr.; one daughter: Kelly McCandless; three grandchildren: Richard McCandless, II, Austin Hamilton and Kylie McDonald; two sisters: Connie (Freddie) Lowe and Bonnie (Patrick) Michaels, one sister-in-law, Nancy McNemar; two special friends, Dalana & Doug Glover and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Rose was preceded in death by her father: Bill McNemar, Sr.; two brothers: William “Willie” McNemar, Jr. and Ray S. “Sam” McNemar.

Friends may call from 11:00 AM, till 1:00 PM, Friday November 15, 2024, at the Hillis, Combs & Nestor Funeral Home, 935 Forest Avenue, Zanesville, where services will follow at 1:00 PM with officiating.
