Terms and Conditions of the Member Get Member Program

  1. The Member Get Member Program rewards registered members who refer "potential members" to the Indonesian Membership Program.
  2. The party giving the reference ("Referrer") in this Program means the active members contributing to YKAN through the Indonesian Membership Program.
  3. The party being referred ("Candidate") in this Program means the individuals who are not members of the Indonesian Membership Program.
  4. The Referrer must receive consent from the Candidate to send the Candidate's data to YKAN.
  5. The Referrer will only receive their rewards if the following conditions are met:
    • The Referrer has referred at least three potential members or Candidates.
    • The Referees have successfully registered as members of the Indonesian Membership Program.
  6. The rewards that the Referrer may receive are as follows:
    • 3-5 references: Exclusive Swell Tumbler
    • 5-7 references: Exclusive E-Money and YKAN Merchandise
  7. The rewards will be given no later than one month after the Referrer provides the references and the Candidates have successfully registered as members of the Indonesian Membership Program.
  8. If more than one Referrer refers the same Candidate, the Referrer who refers the Candidate first will be eligible for the reward.
  9. Decisions made by the Bank regarding the Program, including but not limited to the receipt of personal data, are final and binding to all program participants, both Referrers and Candidates.
  10. If, at any point during the Program, evidence indicates fraud has been committed, either intentionally or unintentionally, YKAN has the right to disqualify members and exclude them from receiving rewards.
  11. YKAN has the right to alter, delete, or add terms and conditions to this Program with prior notification.
