  Converge is building the unified marketing measurement stack for online stores. We make it easy for marketeers to understand where their customers come from, cut unprofitable channels, and scale when things are working.\n
  By vertically integrating the modern data stack, we can offer marketeers a 10x better product experience. We combine customer data collection, consent management, identity resolution, marketing attribution, data forwarding, and analytics into a single platform.\n
  On top of our shared data infrastructure, we have 2 customer-facing products\n

  Connections: a CDP for marketing integrations — ‘Segment for e-commerce’\n
  Analytics: custom attribution reporting — ‘Amplitude for e-commerce’\n\n
  Offering each part of the modern data stack means we have large product surface. Because we started building this for a niche, we got away with MVPs, but as we actually started replacing competitors at each layer, we need to support a growing feature set.\n
  How we ship\n

  We ship product end-to-end. Work is broken down by what problem it solves, not where in the stack the solution lives.\n
  \nHigh level of ownership. Every engineer is responsible for ensuring that they have all the context they need to ship fast. It’s the founders’ responsibility to make sure that this level of clarity exists in the company.\n
  You will be working directly with our customers. We have a weekly support hero who helps out our customers that week. This is an amazing source of customer feedback and helps you build a direct relationship.\n\n
  You own your own projects. Each project aims to solve a concrete customer problem or gap in the product and you’re responsible for shipping product to solve it. These typically take 1 - 4 weeks. On a weekly basis we simply talk about what was done and what should be in the next week, as well as any smaller features to pick up from customer support/sales.\n
