Our practice includes complex litigation involving market-leading companies in many of the most competitive sectors, including technology, life sciences, medical, media, financial services, transportation and consumer product industries, with a robust portfolio of plaintiff-side and defense-side matters. We are seeking attorneys with 1-6 years of firm or government agency experience to assume significant responsibilities in civil antitrust litigation and investigations and as needed on mergers and other antitrust agency investigations.

If you’re interested in joining our team, we’re looking for attorneys with at least 1-6 years of experience, with particular experience with mergers. Candidates should have experience in both the substantive and process portions of Second Request compliance and should be able to manage a 2R review including leading a team of associates and contract attorneys.

Your work will focus primarily on structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of intellectual property and commercial transactions as well as intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financings, and other multidisciplinary transactions.
