Overview

The World Health Organization (WHO) will be at the 29th United Nations annual climate conference (COP29), which is taking place from 11 November until 22 November 2024 in Baku, Azerbaïdjan. As in previous UN climate conferences, WHO will be there to promote the health argument for bold, ambitious and urgent climate action that prioritizes the health of people and the planet in countries’ climate negotiations.
