Mike Moschetto is On Point's senior technical director. He made the leap to Studio 3 after six years in Studio 5 with Here & Now, plus another two as an all-around WBUR broadcast recording technician.

Mike never thought his Emerson College degree in audio would come in professional handy, but here we are.

He cut his teeth in radio at the then-student-run AAA station WERS, doing a little bit of everything: on-air DJ, concert reviewer, live mix engineer and eventually production director, where his lightning-quick Pro Tools chops were developed.

Upon graduating, Mike frittered away his twenties working menial jobs, touring the U.S. & Europe with loud guitar bands and producing records out of his childhood home-turned-studio in Massachusetts. These days, he is frittering away his thirties performing locally in loud guitar bands and producing records out of his adult home-turned-studio in Massachusetts.
