Liv Jones
Executive Assistant
Liv is WBUR’s executive assistant to CEO Margaret Low.
Prior to joining WBUR, Liv supported the executive director of the Black Economic Alliance. Liv’s industry experience ranges from nonprofit and advocacy to biotech and behavioral science.
When Liv is not working in the executive support space, she is both a music curator who matches curious listeners to their new favorite songs, as well as a writer (and lover) of fiction, mostly in the horror and Afrofuturism genres. There isn’t a medium Liv won’t explore; if it can be written, Liv will consume it. Her creative inspirations include Tananarive Due, Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah, bell hooks, Stephen Graham Jones, and Ta-Nehisi Coates.
Liv is a first-generation college graduate and holds a bachelor's degree from Mount Holyoke College.
