ICC issues arrest warrant for Israel's Netanyahu, former defense minister Gallant

The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as well as the former Israeli defense minister, Yoav Gallant. The warrants accuse them of war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

Leila Sadat, James Carr Professor of International Criminal Law at Washington University School of Law, joins us. She also served as the special adviser on crimes against humanity to the ICC prosecutor from 2012 to 2023.
