Pho Ga Vang

This low-key pho destination consists of just a handful of tables in the back of an Eden Center boba shop. But chef Tony Le’s home­-style bowls of Vietnamese chicken noodle soup are some of the richest and most soothing we’ve encountered. While a number of beef toppings are available, the bone-in chopped-chicken version is the specialty. Just as satisfying is golden-crisped lemongrass chicken with rice—served with a side of that terrific spiced chicken broth.
