· Post techniques drafts with updated links into guidelines

o Delete now useless links

o Update mapping

o Put info in status about this isn't a major update, ednotes about future

· Wendy, John working on Guide Doc, put into XmlSpec (just 3.1)

· Right now don't have separate General techniques, but for now may only post Guide Doc

· September drafts

o Requirements

o Guidelines

o Guide doc for all the guidelines

o Revived General techniques

o As many techniques as possible, but can continue work

o Fleshed out set of script techniques

o "Whitepaper" on value of script techniques to baseline assumption in guidelines; perhaps as intro or appendix

o Tests

· HTML tests

· Partial set of script tests ? harvest examples

· Work plan

o Turn much of Thursday calls into techniques work

· Start with guide doc

· People who did issue summaries draft guide doc material

· Focus on guidelines that aren't going to be

o Do another top-down exercise bringing tests into process

· Lots of comments likely to come in on June draft because of vibrant discussions in lists and blogs

o Generates lots of comments, which strengthen draft but have to be disposed

o May distract WG, preventing enough from working on Techniques

o May need to recruit new people to help produce material: some of the noise makers, but the reasonable ones

· Open structural questions in techniques

o Identifying baseline

o Necessary / sufficient; and / or
