Not sure why this was showing closed. Clearly we're working on this, and the last change log entry in 2007 shows it being reopened. So, I'm marking it OPEN.
Noah Mendelsohn, 4 May 2012, 14:11:50Note that, as of 2011 or so, most of the active work relating to this is being tracked under ISSUE-57, which is somewhat broader than ISSUE-14. ISSUE-14 should be closed when/if we come to a stable answer on the range of the HTTP dereference function in particular.
