According to People, the wives and girlfriends (also known as WAGS) of the Kansas City Chiefs are potentially heading to Bravo. A pilot for a new reality show on the WAGs was reportedly filmed in the off-season, but it’s not out of the question for the Chiefs ladies to join the likes of the housewives and Vanderpumpers. They’ve had a huge couple of years, especially since Taylor Swift joined the party. But what would a show on the women supporting the 2x Super Bowl champs be about? Is there enough drama in the Arrowhead Field suites to go around? Here’s everything we know about WAGS running on the Bravo field.

Who’s in the cast?

While there isn’t a confirmed cast list, wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr.’s fiancé Chariah Gordon and defensive tackle Chris Jones’s girlfriend Sheawna Weathersby are reportedly two potential runner-ups for the show. The Chiefs players reportedly made minor appearances in the pilot. Brittany Mahomes, the wife of quarterback Patrick Mahomes, will not be in the series; she’s probably busy fighting against the “haters.”

Wait, is Taylor Swift involved?

Probably not, especially since Swift (superstar and Travis Kelce’s girlfriend) was performing the Eras tour in Europe over the summer. “Taylor and Brittany are not part of the show at all and will not even be filmed,” a source told People. “Taylor especially is very protective of what little private life she has left. She enjoys all the ladies she’s met, but she will not be a part of Bravo’s storyline.” Being a WAG doesn’t really break the top five of everything Swift’s accomplished, even if she’s a Bravo fan.

Has the show been picked up yet?

The show is still in development as of October 2024. Vulture has reached out to Bravo for comment.
