Call Her … Dadala?

Kamala Harris will appear in an upcoming episode of Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, the vice president’s campaign told The Hill on Friday. The campaign said that Harris sat down with Cooper on October 1 to talk about reproductive rights in a conversation set to air next week. (A specific date was not shared, and a representative for Cooper did not immediately return Vulture’s request for comment.) Call Her Daddy is Spotify’s most-listened to podcast by women. Past guests include Gwyneth Paltrow, Katy Perry, Anna Delvey, Miley Cyrus, Simone Biles, Zayn Malik, Hailey Bieber, and several reality TV stars. (Who do we think was harder to book, Harris or Ariana Madix right after Scandoval?) According to The Hill, Harris’s campaign said this upcoming appearance underscores how important it is to connect with younger audiences. The campaign said Call Her Daddy was a good place for Harris to talk about abortion access, pointing to the fact that it has millions of listeners and its social media reach. What’s next, is her team gonna call Sean Evans about his theoretical idea for a Hot Ones presidential debate?
