Milo Ventimiglia Will Jump His Bike Over Our Hearts As Evel Knievel in a Limited Series

Milo Ventimiglia has been a vroom-vroom motorcycle boy from way back. Since Gilmore Girls, he’s been integrating his love of bikes with his craft. And now that he’ll be playing Evel Knievel, the two are in perfect sync. According to Variety, Evel will be a limited series centering on Knievel’s jump of Snake River Canyon. Like Knievel, Ventimiglia is known for his love of Harley-Davidson motorcycles. “I’ve always been a fan of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and when I started riding, about 12-13 years ago, I knew that the first bike I wanted to buy was going to be a Harley-Davidson,” Ventimiglia told Heavy in April. “Then, one bike turned into two bikes, turned into three or four.” Ventimiglia is executive-producing under his DiVide Pictures shingle. It’s the first scripted series based on Knievel’s life, and the biggest thing to happen for motorcycle stunts since Hot Rod.
