From The Cher Show’s fake Cher and real Bob Mackie to Tootsie’s Dorothy, Oklahoma!’s groundbreaking Ado Annie, Network’s not-mad-at-all Bryan Cranston, and the many people awarded for dreaming up and designing Hadestown’s underworld — meet those whose work onstage and off was honored at the Tony Awards this year. Backstage at the awards ceremony Sunday night, Vulture photographed the show’s winners as they basked in the glow of their spinning trophies. The winners got to enjoy the glitz and glamour of the evening, heading off to the night’s many after-parties and other celebrations, before resuming their very busy schedules.
