Since launching in 2000, we've sold over 100 million bottles to happy customers across the UK. By working hand in hand with talented winemakers across the globe, we’re able to create and source quality wines you won’t find anywhere else, and deliver more of what you love drinking. Here’s how we do it.
It starts with you
Our customers are our inspiration, and we love to see which wines they’re swirling and sipping the most. Taking their insight and combining it with our expertise, we continuously shape our exciting range of over 700 premium wines to make more of what they love. We're relentless in our desire to create joy, one bottle at a time.
Into the vines
Our expert team of award-winning buyers then work closely with the best independent winemakers in the world’s most exciting regions, getting their hands dirty and taste testing until they're red in the teeth. From grape to glass, we're involved in every stage of the process and have an active role in blending many of our own wines, too. It's what makes us different, and means that over 90% of the wines we sell are completely exclusive to us.
Swirl, sniff, sip, savour
Savouring a good wine is one of life’s great pleasures and should be accessible for all, from total beginners to seasoned pros. That’s why we offer different ways to buy the delicious wines we curate from around the world. There's our legendary WineBank club for the savers who love to earn rewards as they shop, our expert wine advisor service where we help customers find new favourites, or you can just buy what you like, when you like. Plus, we have multiple delivery options and club memberships can be paused at any time.
Beyond the bottle
We also do everything we can to look after our people and planet. Our pledge is to have a positive impact on all our surroundings while we do what we love, including working with more sustainable winemakers, supporting good causes and switching to packaging that’s kinder to the planet. Our sustainability journey is an important part of our story and influences every step we take from grape to glass.
