Quavo takes a journey through the Dominican Republic in his new “Gravity” music video, flinging romance and community along the way. The Georgia native walks through a neighborhood in the tropical country while drinking fresh coconut water and enjoying an impromptu date.
“And she know how to handle when stars in the buildin’/ And she f**k with the galaxy, stars in the ceiling,” raps the 32-year-old on the song’s hook.
The “Galaxy” music video is directed by Keemotion and is the fourth song from Quavo’s latest album Rocket Power to earn the visual treatment.

Officially released on Aug. 18, 2023, through Quality Control, Rocket Power finds Quavo extending his solo rap career after Takeoff’s tragic murder in November 2022. The album features the slain Migos member as well as Future, Young Thug, BabyDrill, and Hunxho.
“I feel like this is trap Gospel, you know what I’m saying? This the gangster Gospel. This for the ones who sometimes may let a cuss word slip out in church, but still say, ‘Sorry, Lord.’ Everybody ain’t the same to where they can express themself without saying a cuss word or two,” shared the “Feuled Up” performer about his release.
Production credits on Rocket Power include Murda Beatz, Kenny Beats, DJ Durel, Wheezy, Buddah Bless, and more.

“The next project I’m going to be working on is the Rocket’s. You know what I’m saying? Takeoff,” explained Quavo. “I’m gathering a whole bunch of information, gathering a lot of producers, gathering a lot of my friends, a lot of the artists. And we’re going to make this album one of the craziest albums of all time.”
