Hello Husky fans. The Huskies got some more welcome news today when 3 star running back Quaid Carr from Servite HS, CA committed to UW (after announcing his de-commitment from SDSU earlier today). The Huskies hosted Carr on an official visit this last weekend and Carr was very impressed with the program. Carr, who is rated as the 68th best back in the country, is an explosive back who has over 1,100 yards this year and 12 touchdowns. Listed at 5’11” and 180 pounds, Carr has the speed to score from anywhere on the field.

The Huskies already have a bigger back committed (Julian McMahan) for the 2025 class, but adding Carr brings another versatile back that can be used in a variety of different ways. Carr held offers from Utah, Colorado State, Nevada, SDSU, and UW.

With signing day just around the corner you can expect Carr to sign with the Huskies 2025 class (which now has 27 commits in it). That is all for now and as always follow me @asieverkropp.
