ہیں مزاج آسماں پہ جس تس کے

فصیح اللہ نقیب

ہیں مزاج آسماں پہ جس تس کے

ناز اٹھائیں بھی ہم تو کس کس کے

بجلیوں کے سنہری حرفوں میں

بادلوں پر ہیں دستخط کس کے

آنکھ سے گر چھلک نہیں پاتے

دل پہ گرتے ہیں اشک رس رس کے

جانے کب ہووے دیدہ ور پیدا

دیدے پتھرا گئے ہیں نرگس کے

پاؤں چادر میں رہ نہ پائیں گے

ہاتھ پھیلے رہیں گے جس جس کے

آرزوؤں کے سوکھتے گلبن

منتظر یاسیت کی ماچس کے

کم سے کم گھر کو گھر تو رہنے دیں

رکھیں آفس کو اندر آفس کے

عکس دوراں نقیبؔ کی غزلیں

سلسلے چند رطب و یابس کے

naz uThaen bhi hum to kis kis ke

bijliyon ke sunahri harfon mein
baadalon par hain dastaKHat kis ke

aankh se gar chhalak nahin pate
dil pe girte hain ashk ris ris ke

jaane kab howe dida-war paida
dide pathra gae hain nargis ke

panw chadar mein rah na paenge
hath phaile rahenge jis jis ke

aarzuon ke sukhte gulban
muntazir yasiyat ki machis ke

kam se kam ghar ko ghar to rahne den
rakhen office ko andar office ke

aks-e-dauran 'naqib' ki ghazlen
silsile chand ratb-o-yabis ke
