Guys I’m going on an aggressive fundraising spree for one week (my own personal strike basically), and I really want anyone who can to join me in boosting the fundraisers I’m about to highlight. I’ll be particularly focusing on grassroots orgs and campaigns that have had little luck in the last few weeks. I encourage anyone to not only share the fundraiser posts but also write posts of their own. I’m only one person and without other people’s help it’s virtually impossible to get anything done, so please do what you can

Tbh just going to table the thought of kids for now because I like just graduated and have yet to see anything this world has to offer and bc I’m only like 22 and I have time to think about this more seriously when I’m older but right now I’m not one to fantasize about having kids in any capacity bc I have so many other goals I want to accomplish and also bc I realized I’m my mother’s daughter and I want to be mega successful and set her and my gma and my whole family up for a super comfortable luxurious life and also bc I am such a goals motivated person and want to thrive and excel and be the top at what I do and I hate the thought of other people (especially men) making strong career moves while I’m over here overthinking this bc some guy told me about my biological clock

Also literally bc I know that a 22 year old guy out there is being called a child kid toddler w a bright future and so much potential as we speak … like I bet he’s not being told about HIS biological clock so. I literally refuse to not absolutely smash the things I do just bc some guy out there is bored and thinks women should be popping out his babies at his beck and call

My daddy issues really do go crazy bc today my boss who’s a doctor arranged a painting event for all his employees after work hours and I went bc I want to be a team player but also bc I want a glowing letter of rec from him and at the end he was like cianna thank u for coming and gave me a hug and I was like OHHH my god my fatherless heart is shaking … don’t be this tender to me

also discovered that painting will never be a viable career for me . Unfortunately

it might not make you money but that is the CUTEST painting!

maybe a mildly hot take but i think everyone should be well acquainted w rejection. my goal is to put myself in as many situations as possible, even w the knowledge in mind that it might end w me rejected in some form. bc not caring about that leads to so much growth, & the more exposed you are to something, the more desensitized you are to it. i wanna reach a point where i don’t give even the slightest fuck about rejection at ALL bc i know that it had nothing to do w me personally. things just don’t work out sometimes

this is not grounds to start doing inappropriate things you know will lead to you being rejected btw. but it is grounds to start doing things you’re otherwise too scared of doing, for the sole reason you’re afraid of rejection. missing less & less opportunities the more & more you do
