Open Science Lab

The Open Science Lab was founded in 2013 as the first lab at the TIB, with the strategic mission of supporting the digital opening of science and culture. The lab develops innovative knowledge graph and increasingly also AI applications for research data and research information management. The Open Science Lab is growing steadily and (as of November 2024), together with the Joint Lab, comprises 23 employees, 13 of whom are women. The international share is 6/23.
