The episode opens with the house still in the backyard. While planning the prefabricated foundation walls to be set, an issue comes to light. Structural engineer Michael Vines explains to Kevin O’Connor what the issue is and how it will impact placing the house back on the foundation.

The team has a solution to keep this build on schedule while also protecting the integrity of the foundation.

To celebrate their problem solving, Kevin and Tom Silva sample Nashville’s famous hot chicken.

Later, house mover expert Don Toothman safely moves the house back over the new foundation. Now with the structure in place, the real fun begins.
