Stormzy banned from road after using mobile while driving £275k Rolls Royce – as rapper tots up 15 points on licence
STORMZY has been banned from the road after he pleaded guilty to using a mobile phone while driving in his £275,000 Rolls Royce Wraith.
The rapper - real name Michael Ebenezer Owuo Jr - was caught in the flash motor by an undercover police officer.
The cop knocked on his "tinted" passenger window and said "get rid of your tints and get off your phone", Wimbledon Magistrates' Court heard.
Stormzy, 31, today admitted using the mobile while in West Kensington on March 7, 2024.
The rapper has been banned from driving for nine months and issued a £2,010 fine, which must be paid in seven days.
Sentencing, the judge branded his actions "dangerous" and "irresponsible".
The court heard Stormzy has 15 points on his licence after totting up a string of driving offences.
He previously pleaded guilty to using a £200,000 Lamborghini Urus when its windows were too tinted.
Stormzy was caught for that offence while driving near his £2.5million home in South West London.
The court was told the supercar had front windows illegally tinted to only 4 per cent light transmission - violating the 70 per cent requirement.

Prosecutor Alice Holloway said using the Lamborghini on the road was dangerous and put "vulnerable road users at risk".
Stormzy, who was not in court, has since removed the tints.
The case follows a tough year for the rapper, who broke up with Love Island host Maya Jama.
The pair, who initially began dating in 2014, rekindled their romance in 2023 before announcing they had split last July.
In a joint statement, the former couple said they "still think the absolute world of each other" and will remain friends.
Stormzy is now rumoured to be dating R&B star Victoria Monét after the couple were spotted kissing in October.
It is understood he spent the Christmas period in America with the Grammy Award winning singer.
