AN INVENTOR who recreated the Back To The Future DeLorean out of a Reliant Robin faces ruin after losing a court fight.
Benjamin Granger, 40, was sued by US-based DeLorean Motor Company over his plans to sell the gull-winged three-wheelers for £20,000 each.

The High Court’s intellectual property court ruled against him for “trademark infringement and passing off”.
It gave him 14 days to pay legal costs, capped at £20,000, and banned him from using the DeLorean name or the DMC badge.
Dad-of-three Granger, of Newquay, Cornwall, said: “The court has no sense of humour.
“How could anyone confuse a real DeLorean for mine? It’s missing a bloody wheel.”
