Emma's work focuses on sheets, furniture, and decor products. When she’s not writing about—and testing—the best bedding products, she stays busy with sewing projects and collecting antiques. Between representing high-end boutique brands and writing about local small businesses, she’s passionate about finding the best quality products for every need in life.

She joined The Spruce in 2022 as an updates writer to produce the most up-to-date and accurate information on all shopping content. She currently edits bedding, bath, and home decor shopping content for The Spruce, and she also assists with research and ideation for stories.

She is a passionate and creative lifestyle writer who has contributed to several digital outlets, including Southern Living, Real Simple, and Here Weekly. She started writing for her college newspaper during her freshman year and became an Editorial Fellow for Southern Living after graduating from the University of Richmond with a leadership studies and journalism degree in 2021. As someone who’s passionate about balancing luxury and budget items in her home, she’s always testing products that make the day-to-day feel simple and affordable but also fabulous.
